Hugh Jackman thinks Tom Hardy would be a great 'Wolverine'

After years of  playing the claw wielding mutant, 'Wolverine', Hugh Jackman would be hanging his claws, and he has a successor in mind.

The 46-year old who will do one more Wolverine movie before hanging his claws, thinks 'Mad Max: Fury Road' star, Tom Hardy, would be a great replacement.

“I haven’t really given it a lot of thought,” Hugh told MTV. “I’ve been asked that question a lot, and I'm always like, ‘I don’t wanna make it too easy on the studio to replace me,’ you know?

I’ve still got one more to do. I’m sure they’re already talking about it, and there’s some actor [they’ve told] ‘shh, keep it quiet but we want you next.’

Speaking on his preferred choice, the actor said “He’s younger than me for sure. I think Tom Hardy would be a great Wolverine."

Hugh will make his last appearance as Wolverine in the upcoming 2017 'Wolverine' sequel. The actor also recently hinted his interest in playing 007.

Do you think Tom would make a good Wolverine?
