The rate at which sex tape finds their way to social media is becoming alarming, but the question is, why involve in a pornographic video
recording?
The American professional wrestler, Hulk Hogan is suing Gawker for publishing a sex tape he's in, and is asking for $100 million in damages.
Starting from investigating the alleged leaked audio and video of Hogan supposedly using racial slurs in a 2012 sex tape with Hogan's best friend's ex wife, Heather Clem. which eventually lead to the WWE alum stepping down.
Hulk Hogan's lawyer David Houston claims victory over the case leading up to sex tape trial with Gawker, he told FOX411 that there were two primary motions being ruled on Thursday.
Having access to forensically search all of (Gawker Media’s) computer systems to determine if there was any leak from the National Enquirer and Gawker,
Gawker consenting to unseal or remove the confidentiality aspect of certain discovery in the case, which the court agreed that it’s important to preserve the privacy of a litigant than release the information publicly.
