Makers of 93 Days have announced that veteran actor, Keppy Ekpeyong Bassey will be playing the role of Patrick Sawyer, the Liberian lawyer who is reputed to have brought the deadly Ebola virus into Nigeria.
The movie titled '93 Days' tells the true story of men and women who risked their lives and made sacrifices to save the nation from all the consequences of the outbreak of the highly dreaded Ebola virus.
Keppy who has been an active player in Nollywood spanning over two decades disclosed that being called up for the role was rather challenging and he is glad to be a part of history.
Keppy will be joining a top cast of Nollywood actors, which include Bimbo Akintola who plays Nigerian hero, Dr Stella Adadevoh as well as Gideon Okeke, Somkhele Idhalama, Bimbo Manuel and veteran Hollywood actor, Danny Glover. 93 Days is directed by Steve Gukas, and produced by Bolanle Austen-Peters and Dotun Olakunri.
